does my insurance cover the executive health fee?

The Executive Health program at Tennessee Direct is not covered by insurance and is a self-pay program. All fees are due at the time of service and are non-refundable.

What is covered with the executive health program?

All items that are covered under our Executive Health program are listed under “Services”. Individuals can choose a 1 time comprehensive consult or a yearly plan.

Do I have to do all of my testing in 1 visit?

For individuals who choose a 1 time consult, the testing will need to be done in 1 day. For those individuals who choose the yearly plan, testing can be divided into multiple days, if desired.

what if i need testing not offered in the executive health program?

If you are enrolled in the Gold program (annual fee), Dr. Smith can order the tests you need. If you choose the 1 time consult, you will need to contact your primary care physician to obtain the necessary testing.

Can i pay in installments?

All applicable fees are due at the time of service. We do not accept payment plans.

how many patients are accepted into the executive health program?

Our Executive Health program has limited capacity due to the high level of service offered to each patient. Only a limited number of patients are accepted each year.
